Crude Oil Storage Tank Explosion in Galveston Demonstrates Dangers of Maritime and Industrial Explosions and Complexities of the Law

Water Purifier at the Texas Instruments Plant Explodes Killing One Worker in Richardson, Texas

A water purifier at the Texas Instruments RFAB Plant exploded Monday, October 10, 2011, resulting in the death of one worker who was struck by flying debris.

Roy Aguilar of Dallas (54) was identified as the deceased worker.  The cause of the plant explosion is still under investigation.
