Our Founding Attorneys
Attorneys Robert S. Simmons and Keith M. Fletcher joined forces with the common goal of achieving justice for people who found themselves at odds with heartless and powerful insurance companies and corporations after their clients and representatives negligently caused injury to others. Keith and Robert also shared a not-so-common belief that justice can be fought for while still demonstrating the love, compassion, and integrity of Jesus Christ. Keith M. Fletcher passed away on August 11, 2019, after a brief battle with lymphoma. Robert S. Simmons passed away less than a year later on July 22, 2020. However, their mission–representing and serving people to the best of our ability with this utmost passion–is still the mission of Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. today.
