Paul H. Cannon immediately began his practice at Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. as a law clerk after earning his law degree and passing the bar in 1995. Starting out at the firm, Paul was told that his law clerk position was temporary and that there would be no chance to advance. Over time, through hard work and dedication to the practice, Paul earned a permanent position and worked his way up to become the Managing Partner of Simmons and Fletcher, P.C.
Paul’s Car Accident Practice
As a car accident attorney, Paul has worked on numerous car accident cases, fighting large insurance companies and negligent drivers to ensure clients receive the justice they deserve. In addition to car accident cases, Paul has worked on all types of personal injury cases, including slip and fall accidents, dog bites, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, and product liability. Paul is board-certified in personal injury law by the Texas State Board of Legal Specialization since 2005.
