Richmond, TX (April 5, 2021) – Deputies with the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said that one person is dead and another person is seriously injured after a crash occurred near Richmond on Monday morning.
Police said they received a call around 5:09 a.m. about a head-on crash that happened on FM 359 near Settegast Ranch Road. According to investigators, one of the vehicles caught fire after the collision. Deputies said one person was transported to the hospital via ambulance and at least one other person involved in the wreck was pronounced dead at the scene.
