About Katy Cares, Inc.
Katy Cares, Inc. was formed by leaders from local busineses, churches and missions as a mission to support single-parent families who have been affected by trauma or violence. Money raised will help fund educational and training programs for single parents as well as mentoring services for family members. Venue 116
If you have not been to Venue 116 in Brookshire, it is a gorgeous event location inside an old remodeled cotton gin. The woodwork is absolutely stunning. As you can see from the photo on the right, they had it elegantly decorated. The beautiful chandeliers hanging from the stained wood ceilings above the whitewashed walls and brown wood floors made the location feel rustic but elegant.
