Here is the notice:

PLAINTIFF’S FIRST AMENDED NOTICE OF ORAL/VIDEO/WEBCAST DEPOSITION OF ___________

TO:     Defendant, _____ by and through his attorney of record,  _______.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the deposition will be taken upon oral examination of the person whose name is stated below at the time and place indicated before an officer authorized to administer oaths. The deposition may be videotaped, as well as a webcast to a remote location. The deposition will be conducted via the Zoom webcast platform link at https://zoom.us/rest of link

THE WITNESS SHOULD HAVE A GOVERNMENT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION TO PROVIDE TO THE COURT REPORTER/NOTARY TO CONFIRM HIS/HER IDENTITY AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE DEPOSITION AND BEFORE BEING SWORN.

Note you would be wise to use a password to get into the room and include that in your zoom meeting notice email so that unwanted visitors do not crash the party.  You would also be wise to put on record that all parties have agreed to do the deposition by zoom and understand that it is being videotaped and audio recorded.

If you all attorneys permission to record, you can possibly save yourself the trouble of having to produce copies of the video.
