Let Us Take the Hassle Out of Your Recovery
Recovering physically and mentally after an accident can be challenging. We understand the challenges you face at Simmons and Fletcher, P.C., and our Houston Medical Center personal injury attorneys are here to help. Here are some of the many ways we can help take the stress out of your recovery:
Prompt Representation. We speak to the witnesses, insurance adjusters, and insurance lawyers on your behalf so that you do not have to deal with the headache of their harassment. One of the very first things we do is send out a letter to those who would seek to bother you, telling them that they need to speak to us and let you heal.
Access to Medical Care. Proper medical care is critical to your health recovery. We have worked with providers all over Houston since 1979. If you do not have access, we can issue a letter of protection to enable you to get the care you need now, and let us pay the bill out of your settlement funds at the end of the case.
Sound Legal Advice. We understand that wrestling with the legal system is not your thing. The three partner attorneys at Simmons and Fletcher, P.C., are here to provide you with qualified guidance every step of the way along your recovery. We help you understand what is going on so you can focus on getting back to doing your thing.
Contingency Fee Contracts. At Simmons and Fletcher, P.C., when we take on your case, we work on a contingency fee basis. This means that you only pay an attorney’s fee and only reimburse our expenses and costs of court if we make a recovery for you.
